Shipping ETAs are posted on each items description. These are Estimated; very rarely delays happen in production or shipping. This does not occur often at all, but it can happen. There are absolutely no cancelations or transfer of deposits. These delays are out of my control, I keep everyone updated; but please know I am a small business and take my policies serious.
These are ordered and made for you specifically from my vendors. No returns on these items.
1. When will my items ship?
Most items will ship in 1-3 business days from the time of order depending on the day ordered. Graphic Ts & Tumblers are made to order and may take 7-10 days to ship. Prebooks please see info above.
2. How does the shipping process work?
Generally speaking, when orders are placed, they enter our internal shipping que and are picked from our shop, packed, and then picked up by the post office and sent on their way. Drop shipping is another service I use often with our vendors. This means when you order on my website, the designer recieves your order. Pulls it and will send it directly to you! Your pieces may be shipped separately due to this process, so don’t be alarmed. All tracking will be updated accordingly.
3. I live local can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order. Simply choose “customer pickup” at checkout. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will alert you in way of email or text (Depending what you chose) & your order will be placed in the Brown pick up bin at the front door. If you would like to come try things on or shop; just reach out!
4. Why did I only get part of my order?
I have many drop shipping vendors. That means your order gets sent to you right from the designers warehouse! I also have some items in stock at my boutique, so those will come directly from Wild Ferns main warehouse. Expect multiple packages in most cases! Tracking will be updated accordingly.
5. What if tracking is showing an issue with my order or my order is showing lost by USPS?
Any issues related to a package after it leaves our possession (lost, delayed, stolen) must be taken to USPS. We have zero control over a package once it leaves our possession and is received by USPS. All packages are shipped to the address the customer inputs, please make sure that is correct. As, I am not responsible if it gets sent to the wrong address & the wrong one was added by the customer.
